MAX is Ocala's first art incubator, in the historic Union Station: studios for resident artists, and shared space for everyone else — for exhibitions, classes, workshops and events. There are three ways to be part of it.

A name for ten years Naming rights Put your name on a studio, a salon, the Lounge or the Platform — on the plan, and on a placard at the door that every visitor passes. From $5,000 Explore the building For an event Sponsorship Help make MAX's exhibitions, fundraisers and programs happen, with your business in front of an engaged local audience. From $500 See the levels Every year The Conductor's Club Join the patrons who keep the creative engine running — with early invitations, studio walkthroughs and private previews. $200 a year Join the club

Why it matters

Art that belongs to Ocala

MAX is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit set up to enrich Ocala's cultural life. Resident artists build their careers in its studios; affiliate artists exhibit, host events and teach there; and the public comes in for gallery tours, the First Friday Art Walk, figure drawing, a youth spoken-word open mic, and events on the Platform along the tracks.

Every gift, sponsorship and membership keeps those doors open.
